Microlab offers new DCC500 Series for DAS site monitoring and power control

Microlab, a Wireless Telecom Group company (NYSE: WTT), is releasing the active DAS tray DCC500 Series as part of the low PIM DAS tray product line. The DAS Control Rack (DCR) is the monitoring and controlling unit for Microlab’s DCC SeriesTM product offering. The stand-alone 19" rack mount 1RU system allows for real time monitoring of 8 independent wideband channels, 698 MHz to 2700 MHz. These channels are comprised of 4 uplink and 4 downlink sections that can be monitored and controlled locally or remotely. Each channel contains a variable attenuator and RF power monitors to optimize power levels to the DAS head end. Settings also provide Automatic Level Control (ALC) to insure consistent power levels for each channel. Local access is available through a keypad and LCD display on the front panel or an Ethernet web server. Remote access is available via an Ethernet web server or SNMP V3.
